Summary: An administrative role requiring knowledge of all aspects of the day to day operations of 3PL functions.

Essential Duties:

• Process transfers to and from outside warehouse
• Cross reference and verify transfers (keeping inventory accurate)
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory (quantity and lot numbers)
• Work at off-site storage facility (Denton, TX), maintain contact with Blount McKinney 3PL Team
• Make appointments via by email or phone (if needed)
• Check in/out drivers
• Process Bills of Ladings via X3
• Processes BOL’s from outside storage
• Knowledge of common logistic verbiage
• Communicate internally & externally
• Dependable

 Requirements:

• 2-4 years in an office setting
• Investigate inventory/lot issues via X3 & websites
• Strong attention to detail
• Create transfers to outside storage
• Allocate and validate orders
• Understanding of shelf life
• Strong knowledgeable of Blount’s computer software *computer friendly*
• Communicate internally & externally
