Summary The Maintenance Administrator takes an active role in the organization, administration and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (E-Maint.) This role will support critical duties related the Maintenance department.
2nd Shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.
- Maintain maintenance storeroom inventory levels by processing parts requests, performing routine inventory checks, and restocking parts.
- Maintain critical spares parts inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas.
- Contact and maintain relationships with MRO and OEM venders.
- Continually improve PM and maintenance storeroom programs.
- Help manage Monthly Maintenance Budget.
- Maintain all documents required for future auditing purposes
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory utilizing the CMMS system (E-Maint.)
- Build Preventive maintenance parts kits.
- Maintain preventive maintenance program
- Print and close approved maintenance work orders daily.
- Ensure maintenance work orders have been completed before closing.
- Work with maintenance leadership and technicians to improve equipment reliability through the PM program.
- All other duties assigned by the maintenance management
Education and/or Experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mechanical skills
