Summary: Assists the Indirect Procurement department with several duties as described below.
Essential Duties:
- Inter-departmental package deliveries
- Small parcel outbound shipment processing: process, pack, ship (UPS, FedEx)
- Uploading documentation of receipt for non-inventoried items.
- Scan packaging slips.
- Look up purchase order details in the computer.
- Maintain inventory count on frequently ordered stock items.
- Assist and communicate with cleaning staff for cleaning supply closet inventory.
General Warehouse:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to clean and organize the warehouse with limited Supervision and or oversight.
- Ability to demonstrate basic comprehension of warehouse practices.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write and comprehend basic math
