Shift: 1st Shift

Summary  Responsible for the accurate and efficient sanitation of plant process equipment and work areas during non-production hours. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

• Post production cleaning and sanitizing of all department facilities and related equipment.
• 100% adherence to all company established chemical, safety and cleaning policies and procedures.
• Drive a forklift.

Education and/or Experience                                                  

• 3-5 years relevant experience/training in sanitation, chemical use, and/or industrial size equipment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
