THIS OPPORTUNITY IS PART TIME.  20-24 HOURS PER WEEK.

Summary – To review and maintain accuracy of Human Resource financial activity.  Assist Payroll with weekly payroll processes.  Assist with information reporting needed for managers to make educated decisions, assuring we meet corporate goals.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Approve employee timesheets in payroll system
• Communicate with operations staff as needed to complete time sheets
• Send timesheet data to temporary agencies; troubleshoot time sheet discrepancies
• Provide backup coverage for payroll process
• Answer payroll related questions
• Prepare bank reconciliation for benefit related banking for Rockland bank account
• Perform weekly processing of Temporary Labor Invoices from all agencies
• Process HR/Benefit invoices
• Periodic misc. accounting tasks such as Re-occurring entries, Accruals, reclassing entries, etc.
• Perform monthly preparation for the GL uploads for medical, dental and Tuition IO into X3

Experience & Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent.
• Three years related Payroll/Accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
